As the Managing Partner for DVI Equity Partners, Bob Griffin is responsible for the Company’s Technology investments and portfolio management. Bob has been a key player and successful serial entrepreneur in the Software and Services industry for more than 35 years. Prior to joining Diamond Ventures, Bob most recently was the Chief Executive Officer for Ayasdi, a Silicon Valley Start-up out of Stanford University. In October of 2011, he facilitated the sale of his company, i2, to IBM where he remained as the General Manager for the Safer Planet and Smarter Cities brand until 2017. Bob conducted his undergraduate studies in Business Management at Franklin Pierce College in New Hampshire. He is a distinguished alumnus of the Naval Post Graduate School’s Center for Homeland Defense and Security’s Executive Leadership Program in Monterey, California.
Mr. Griffin is a member of the Board of Advisors for the Intelligence and National Security Alliance (INSA), a member of the Board of Directors for the National Cyber Forensics and Training Alliance (NCFTA), a member of Cyber Advisory Board the for the Daily Cypher Brief and the Board of Advisors to the Asian Pacific Institute for Resiliency and Sustainability (AIRS). He has twice been the recipient in the UK of the Queen’s award for Enterprise Innovation. He was the 2001 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year for Greater Washington DC and holds several U.S. patents focused on Law Enforcement and Intelligence.
As President, David Goldstein is responsible for setting the Company’s overall strategic vision and priorities. David determines the market positioning of the Company’s existing portfolio of residential and commercial real estate assets and leads the Company in identifying new investment opportunities. Mr. Goldstein has more than 35 years of experience in real estate and working with various operating companies. David has held the position of President of Diamond Ventures since its inception in 1988. Prior to joining Diamond Ventures, David was a CPA at both Ernst & Whinney and Coopers & Lybrand and was Vice President of Acquisitions and Sales for the Venture West Group, Inc. He received his finance degree from the University of Connecticut and has his M.B.A. degree from the University of Arizona.
Heading up the Denver office, Nathan is involved with all stages of the company’s investment activities including sourcing new opportunities, due diligence and portfolio management. Prior to joining DVI Equity Partners, he held leadership roles in business development, marketing and account management. His background includes experience in the technology, real estate and service spaces. Nathan is responsible for managing the company’s private equity investments in Colorado and Texas. He received an undergraduate degree in Business from the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business and a Masters of Information Systems and M.B.A. from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University.
Ngoc is an early-staged investor whose 12-year banking/venture capital career includes extensive middle market transaction experience in Technology and Business Services investments at middle-market investment bank and family office. Ngoc has worked on advisory and capital markets transactions valued in aggregate at more than $1.3 billion. At DVI Equity Partners, Ngoc is responsible for sourcing, performing due diligence, and structuring investments in high-growth technology businesses.
Prior to DVI Equity Partners, Ngoc held positions at the Desert Angels, and middle-market investment bank Houlihan Lokey in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group in Los Angeles. Ngoc is a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder. She earned a Master in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from the University of Arizona where she graduated as an Outstanding Senior of the Finance Department.
